HOW TO BUY
To buy an item you need to click on the Add to Cart button underneath it, this will take you to your Shopping Cart where you can click on Continue Shopping to go back to browsing or, Checkout to finish your purchase.
Then follow these five easy steps:
1. Login, or register as a new member.
2. Enter your delivery address (first time only).
3. Choose your shipping method.
4. Choose your payment method
5. Check details and confirm your order.
ONLINE SHOPPING INSTORE
We also have a many retail stores through out Cape Town where you can buy most of our products in store. If you have placed an order online, you are more than welcome to collect and pay for it it at our store (check out our branch locator, we can make arrangements at the the branch of your choice), however you will need to confirm availability before collection as some items may take up to 48hrs to be in stock.
Please note our in store prices are not the same as our online prices, in order to qualify for online prices you have to place an order online before hand.
PAYMENT METHODS
EFT / Electronic Transfers are the easiest method of payment and your order will be available as soon as the transfer
reflects in our account. Please note unless transferring from an Absa Account, transfer may take up to 48hrs to reflect.
Cash Deposits via the Bank are accepted however there will be a 2% added to the amount in order to compensate for bank charges. You are more than welcome to pay cash at one of our stores when collecting you order. Major credit cards are accepted when paying at a store, however 3% card service charge will apply.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are delivered within 2-3 days from confirmation of payment in urban hubs and usually within 3-4 days for outlying areas. If an item is no longer in stock it will be placed on back order and you will be notified. If you wish to cancel at this stage you will be given the opportunity. After placing your order with Soundtech, you will receive an e-mail notification to confirm our receipt of your order request. Once the order is shipped you will receive a second e-mail confirming shipment including tracking information. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Returns:
Soundtech sells all its products with a 14 day money back guarantee provided that the item has not been used, and is still in its original condition.
Warranty:
All our products are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. All returns and repairs are subject to the manufacturers warranties. The manufactures decision is final as to negligence and abuse of product. If the item is found to have been damaged in any way by the customer or is in working order no credit or replacement will be granted.
PRIVACY
If you are registered as a Soundtech customer your shopping and billing details will be safely stored on a secure server. Once registered as a customer you will receive regular updates on products, specials and competitions. You are entitled to unsubscribe at any stage should you wish to. Under no circumstances will we ever sell, rent or give away your email address, name or any other personal information.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. By purchasing from our website the customer enters into the following agreement with Soundtech.
2. We cannot in any way guarantee that all your software and/or hardware will be compatible with a complete system or component purchased from us and compatibility issues does not fall under our warranty.
3. If a complete system or storage device needs to be collected by us for whatever reason, we do not take any responsibility for the data recorded on such devices. It is up to you the customer to ensure a backup is made prior to collection.
4. Any goods returned under warranty where there are components missing or incorrect serial numbers will result in the goods being returned to you and no credit given. The warranty and returns policy applies.
